Absolutely pathetic. Waiting to be put through to speak to customer services for over an hour to then be put through to an answer machine. Im still no better off

I managed to get through to customer service eventually on the number u gave out . Unfortunately I have to order everything again , return items that are wrong and hopefully keep my fingers crossed they find my missing parcel . Then they will refund me

This product doesnt work for me

I am 76 years old...shaving my face for 40 years

I have used straight edge razors that work better then your product.

I have tried many times to contact you to no avail

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. With your help and my persistence, they finally answered my emails and as my size in the lost item I ordered I was given a full refund via Clearpay as I was fully paid up, so thank you for all of your help in finally getting me my money back.

I paid for my order on the 6th of June, 2024. My order was dispatched to EVRI, who let me know when my order from 'Get the Label' would be delivered.

However, before I knew it, there was a problem with my order. They said as soon as they found out where my parcel is, it would be delivered, but that never happened. I can only assume they have lost my parcel, as nothing has yet been delivered. I've not heard from EVRI since (10:45 - Mon, Jun 10, with the message: 'We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed.

We're working to get it on its way on the next working day and we'll let you know once it's out for delivery') but sadly, nothing yet. I'm still waiting and now it's Mon, June 17th. I can't seem to get hold of 'Get the Label', even though tomorrow is the last day to contact me. I've read others saying the same; you can't speak to a human and you wait forever to receive a message to find out what they intend to do, as far as talking to EVRI, to sort this out for me.

It's just ridiculous. Firstly, you talk to a machine, then send an email to a company that doesn't respond very quickly, or at all, but they're quick enough to take your order and pocket your money.

Cannot call them; they keep saying '5 days'. Contacted them when the order arrived a week ago; missing items in the order.

All they say is 'we will get back to you in 5 days'.

Contact number does not work. It's a rip-off.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was given a full refund from Get The Label, it took awhile but we finally got there.

I've since received a message saying that they've spoken to Evri and it can take 3 to 5 days for them to investigate and find out where my order is. Evri have since replied saying my order has disappeared, (I have my feeling on that remark) but it's best not to say anything.

Anyway, GTL have said I'm getting a refund. I hope the p/p will also be included. I'm not sure whether they will pay me or Clearpay. I have paid in full though with Clearpay, so I'm not sure how things will go, but if they pay Clearpay, I'm hoping they will refund me.

Only time will tell, fingers crossed. This feels like such a mess.

Very difficult to speak to a human…wow why make it so hard…

Tried to speak to someone in regards to undelivered items ,took two days to get hold of had to search the whole web to get secret number.a mission in its own right might have to go to other sites which are easier to communicate with such a shame
